The world's most honest-to-goodness hamburger chain has gifted us with a faithful replica of its iconic original 1948 drive-thru stand.
Everything about this replica is picture perfect. From the oh-so classic neon sign to the matching candy striped awnings and hand-painted menu board, every single dreamy detail seems authentic inside and out. There is even an old cigarette machine hanging from the signpost.
It's like a mini theme park and your car is the ride vehicle. Think Carsland at Disney's California Adventure. Take the short but very sweet ride on the gleaming white (for now) rock driveway up to the stand, hop out and say cheeese…burgerrr!
But if you want a burger (and you know you do) you'll have follow the three generations of In-N-Out signs and signature crisscrossed pair of palms to the other side of the freeway for that. Nothing is for sale here. History is what's on this In-N-Out menu.
At the end of the day this it's monumental tribute to fast food's ultimate power couple, In-N-Out's mommy and daddy, Esther and Harry Snyder, who in our hearts and history books shall forever reign as king and queen of the hamburger drive thru, In-N-Out and otherwise !!!
Cheers to Harry and Esther, In-N-Out and YOU !!!
